Deep tissue massage on the upper shoulder removes stiff neck in no time

@@drtoddsullivan Yes that's true. Stiff neck is so annoying, I no longer take any painkiller. Aside from self stretching techniques, the most effective way to cure stubborn stiff neck is deep tissue massage on upper shoulder (preferably using elbows in an outward, circular motion). Massage sessions of 30 minutes costs around $3.00 here in our country, my stiff is magically gone right after the session. You can literally feel the tight muscles being stretched outwards, it feels so good and definitely therepeutic.

Technique is key to gain the most from an exercise. 3 top tips: 1) Focus on putting your weight on your heals (beginners can put a small wedge under their heals until flexibility is obtained). 2)Keep your knees inline with your feet to reduce stress on knee joint. 3) Do not e tend your knee beyond your toes as this puts more stress on the knee joint. Start slowly with less reps and build up over time. With consistency you will improve and your body will get stronger.

My husband has a large size ball under his neck. He said he had it drained one time & it was some shiny silvery that came out in the basin. The next day after having it drained the big ball came right back underneath his neck. That was in the 1990’s. He also has a huge soft spongy long area on the back of his neck that occasionally drains putrid whitish cottage cheese consistency on it’s own when it gets too big. My husband is a smoker & elderly & refuses to have them removed. I’m afraid one day he will just drop if the neck lump should burst.
